Poland ‘can jail drunk cyclists’
Poland’s Constitutional Court upheld a ruling this week that drunken cyclists should be treated like drunken motorists and face prison if caught.
Two thousand Poles are currently in prison for riding a bicycle whilst under the influence of alcohol.

In that case, I am lucky that I don’t live in Poland since I used to ride my bike back from a night out when I was in high school. I’ve now started an air conditioning business which I am working very hard on. I don’t think NYC should ever adopt this law.
