He built the Queensplaza improvements. And the bike lane… in Queensplaza, the one that means we don’t have to bike the wrong way up Queensplaza North, is finally OPEN!

Queensplaza

Progressing at a snail’s pace, the Queensplaza bike line has got to open soon. Can they work any slower? Anyway, it’s looking pretty good. And it really does tackle the mess that soon will be was Queensplaza.

Queenplaza Bike Lanes

The bike lanes through Queensplaza from Queens Blvd are starting to take shape. Very exciting! I’m still not clear how exactly you’re supposed to exit the bridge and head east. But I’ll assume they’re doing something logical and not leaving the long bike-the-wrong-way-against-traffic section heading east off the bridge.
