good for New York City, and the District Attorney’s office. Whatever happens, at least this shows that bicyclists are not 2nd class citizens in the eyes of the law, despite appearances sometimes.
No, I think we’re still 2nd class citizens. But at least police will be less likely to randomly tackle one of us.
